How much thread should I buy for quilting?
If you’re not sure then the following chart can help you out. Keep in mind that the size of the quilt and the density of the quilting all play a part in how much thread you will use. These estimates are for top thread only, double the amount if you are using the same thread in the top and in the bobbin.
