If you are not comfortable with making payments on-line please email us including the items you are interested in and shipping instructions. We will calculate the shipping charges and be in touch with you to confirm the order. PRIVACY NOTICE we do not share your information. Any information about you and/or your purchases is used solely to process your orders and will not be released to any other parties. RETURNS are allowed within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure you check your order prior to making final payment. NO returns are accepted without authorization, please email us if you have any problems with the order and we will do our best to satisfy you. There are absolutely NO returns on books, pantographs or stencils. SHIPPING is done through Canada post ground. If you wish another method please indicate during 'check-out' and we will be in contact to confirm actual shipping charges. Bailey's Quilting HeadQuarters is not responsible for any duty, customs, brokerage fees or foreign taxes that may apply to a shipment outside of Canada.
