Shipping information.
My goal has always been to make Superior Threads available and affordable to Canadian quilters. Now, with a minimum order of $55 there will be no shipping charges applied! Even though I have had to increase the costs of the threads I have managed to lower the shipping charges drastically.
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Mail within 3 business days. If you wish another method please email me with your order and I will calculate exact shipping and invoice accordingly. Orders are tracked and you will be notified with the tracking number so you can follow the shipment.
Shipping rates for Canada and the US are as follows:
- $00.01 - $54.99 $5.00
- $55.00 and up FREE
All order shipped outside of Canada or the continental US will be billed separately for any excess postage. Customers will be notified of the difference before the order is shipped and will be able to cancel the order if shipping charges are too high.
We will always try to ship orders complete. If we do not have all the items that you have ordered we will email you regarding the shortage and you can decide if you want to wait for everything to ship complete or have us ship what is available immediately. If you choose the latter extra shipping charges may apply for the second shipment.
